POLICY
For Fountains, Solar Lights, Christmas Decorations
and Trees:
- 90 Day limited warranty for all fountains
- 1 year limited warranty for all solar lights, Christmas
decorations, and trees.
Other products:
- 15-day money back/exchange guarantee
(from date of your order) for all return products and defective
products. There will be a 20% restocking fee or exchange
for same item only.
- No refund, credit, or exchange for Software.
- No refund or exchange for
any scooters. If the parts are defective 30 days from the
date of the order, we will send you parts replacement free
of charge.
- All of our scooters are qualified for 30 day manufacturers
defect and Parts replacement (From the date of the order).
We don't guarantee customers wear and tear or abuse on our
scooters.
- For all Exchanges, a shipping & handling fee will
be retained to cover shipping charge. The shipping &
handling fee will be determined by the weight of the product.
- Any physical damage caused by mis-handling or abused
shall void the warranty. No RMA number will be issued without
the correct Order Number.
- All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid.
Products must be received within 10 days of the RMA number
issue date. Products should be in their ORIGINAL
CONDITION and enclosed in their original boxes.
All original manuals and accessories should be included.
Incomplete packages may be rejected or subject to a 30%
or more restocking fee.
- RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of the
boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process.
- All parts with permanent marks on them will not
be qulified for exchange or credit.
- All warranties are based on the date that the customer
received the products. The seller must be notified of any
Defective On Arrival (DOA) products within 15 days of the
order date.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on
all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise.
- Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
- No returns or exchanges for hardwares will be given after
15 days from the date the customer ordered the products.
- Items with UPC labels may not be returned or exchanged
if the UPC label was missing. We provide warranty to the
original purchaser only.
- All RMA shipment returning to the customer will be shipped
by normal ground services. Other shipping methods can be
arranged with additional charges.
- There will be no CROSS SHIPPING.
To receive Credit, Repair, Or Exchanges:
If you are qualified for credit, repair, or exchanges. You
will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number for
all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange.

Please send us the following information:
Your Name, Phone Number, Product Number, Product Description,
Serial Number, Order Number, and your reason for returning
the merchandise.
